I noticed I use [0,2...,n-1] instead of a random array.
So I'm not sure which contributes this result, SA or the initial state.

Vastly improved from HC.
However, I guess most of the efforts came from the fact that the initial solution is [0.1,2,...,n-1].
I will prove this in #24
