Keep Windows screen active (without disabling lock screen)
How to use: (1) Name and store .vbs file on PC (2) Run .vbs file, which brings up IE dialog window (3) Exit/Pause/Unpause where necessary
Unintended benefit: (1) Keeps user active on PC
