To Reproduce

1. Download install-dev.sh in backend.ai meta repository via wget command.
2. Install pyenv, pyenv-virtualenv.
3. Install Python 3.10.5 version to pyenv
4. Change execute permission of install-dev.sh
5. Execute install-dev.sh
6. Installation stopped and throws error message like this:
   Your Python 3.10.5 is missing LZMA (XZ) support. Please reinstall or rebuild it..
   ...
