Include linux/ubuntu init.d script to autostart #98

After strugling with autostarting the supplied XDM.py i would love a init.d script. Much like as provided by sickbeard, couchpotato and such.

I`m having problems using upstart, init.d to autolaunch and there is no documentation atm on how to make this work.

okay i added a init.ubuntu script justa as SB its in the master in the initScripts folder
i installed a ubuntu vm to test it but i had no idea how to use it
as i am writing this i could have looked for a sb init / ubuntu tutorial :/

anyway please give it a try
