Include .buildinfo files from ftp.debian.org

for this to become more meaningful, .buildinfo files from packages from the main Debian archive should be fed into this service. Let's discuss how to achieve this!

right. though this buildinfo.debian.net issue (#24) could also solved by you or me by just having a cronjob (running under our uid) pushing the files to b.d.n. and I'm actually tempted to do that, cause I dont wanna wait til #862073 is fixed on the Debian ftp-master side. (and #862538 I expect to be solved even later…) because: I'd like tests.r-b.o to compare against the actuall Debian archive ASAP.
