Summary
This updates the (adapted from read-the-docs) LAMMPS HTML theme for the Sphinx generated html pages to the current version 1.0.0. It is needed to address some display issues (e.g. missing symbols for items in unordered lists) when translating the manual with the most recent Sphinx software version.
