BNP-Track

This software package includes several Matlab scripts and auxiliary functions, which implement the computational algorithms for the framework BNP-Track described in: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.04.03.535440v1

Setup and Usage

To use this software, please run run_chainer.m.
We are working on BNP-Track's documentation and highly encourage you to reach out to us at weiqing1@asu.edu or spresse@asu.edu
This code is developed in Matlab R2023a.
