A new deployment for the SaaS Identity Provider.
This script takes the deployment to step 10 of the manual deployment process.
Some changes have been made what and how the ASDK Identity Provider and Permission Provider is being deployed. Both in the name of simplification and to introduce
certificatesto replacesecretswhere possible, in the name of improving overall security. This also means that some work need to be done on the Permission Service itself. This work is still to be done.The deployment script can be found in the /azure-saas/src/Sass.Identity/Saas.IdentityProvider/deployment/ folder.
