I propose to add the Python client for Arcee.ai as an LLM and retriever.

Motivation

Arcee.ai offers seamless Domain Adaptation with its Specialized Domain Adapted Language Model system.
I want to utilize these adapted language models on https://arcee.ai and build applications with LangChain.
