fix: white screen when editing annotaion in log panel

Description

This PR will fix the issue where the log panel goes blank after operating on annotations in the log panel.

Additionally, it resolves the issue where updating an annotation should not update the original answer, but rather the logAnnotation.

1. go to the log panel
2. update annotaion of any answer
3. then the panel will turn to be blank
