[pt] pre reform locales added (pt-AO and pt-MZ)
* basic support for alternate AOs added; * Angola, Mozambique and Cape Verde locales added - users wishing to maintain older compound rules may use this language variants; * TODO activate separate grammar.xml and hunspell checker for preAO. * TODO add changes to core MessageBundle.properties
