Needs a better app icon

The current app icon is generic, which is no good.

If someone wants to donate an icon, we can write up an agreement where the artist retains the copyright to the icon, and the project is free to use it for non-commercial purposes.

I made an icon, but it's ... not good. So we could still use a better one.

note that its a bit to large atm, i used the otherwise fantastic image2icon app to generate it, and its a known bug

Do you have png files for the individual image sizes?

I only have that file in PNG! But i can generate a complete iconset, hang on...

Question, just for the record, before I release a new version: Under what terms would you like to grant use of this icon to the project?

Alternatives:

1. You could grant me the copyright, which I already have over the rest of the project.
2. You could retain the copyright to the icon but grant use of the icon for non-commercial purposes in perpetuity.
3. Other?

I haven't really done any design work on the icon, some small modifications only. To be precise I removed the shadow and added the orange background. The frame is from the app Image2Icon and the binoculars are from herehttp://www.clker.com/clipart-binoculars-.html.

So maybe you should check there for any copyright limitations - my understanding is that clker images are completely free to use for all free and commercial use cases.
