Add ability to sync packages json translations with app main json files #5

In the EditTexts page there will be a button that will sync the packages json translation keys with the ones from the resources/lang/xx.json files.

In order for this to work we will have a en.json file with the keys for every Enso package located in src/resources/lang/en.json
