I've also just updated the CI badge in the Readme. As you can see in the current README for the Tallstack preset is broken. This will fix that broken link.

Hey guys,
I wanted to update the default welcome page that ships with the Tallstack preset. This PR will make the welcome page look similar to the new default Laravel 10.x welcome page. I've made sure to add the links to all the TALL resources on the page. Here are a few screenshots of the new welcome page.
