whereRowValues() falsely adds raw expressions to the bindings:

$builder = DB::table('table')->whereRowValues(['column'], '=', [DB::raw('value')]);

dd($builder->getBindings());
// expected: []
// actual:   [Expression {}]


          Support raw expressions in whereRowValues()
