The
HTTP::retrymethod uses theretryhelper internally. To keep the behavior consistent, we can accept an array as the first parameter in theHTTP::retrymethod to define thebackoffvalues.In this PR, I've updated the implementation and the test accordingly.
P.S. I'll send a separate PR to update the doc, if this PR is merged.
