This release is a GUI program run on Windows. It performs RESTORE normalization for multiplexed imaging data, such as CyCIF, Codex or Hyperion. Please cite Burlingame, EA and Chang, YH referred in the main readme file.
The data file and marker file requirements are the same as described in the main readme file.
Go through the File menu and select the data file, marker file and output folder.
Select Run and input a minimal intensity value, click OK and off you go.
Please read the recommendations about the minimum intensity value in the main readme file.
It will probably encounter memory issue if the dataset is large. Run it on a HPC if that is the case.
