feature to syntax check the full repo under "Advanced"

run code inspector in parallel for all subpackages with global check variant SYNTAX_CHECK

much of the code from https://gist.github.com/larshp/608308cb9ad25d46de33cba4ab8ebb46 can be reused

  • Everything as anonymous: variant + objectset + inspection
  • Run the CL_CI_TEST_SYNTAX_CHECK check
  • Run in parallel
