Hello,
(I'm a programmer) Trying to compile flac123.0.12 and get the above error. Here is config.log

I think that just means that you have to install the libflac-dev package?

Thank you, yes! Also libao-dev, lilpopt-dev, etc have been in need too :) Anyway it's compiled (1 warning) well.
