Thank you for your work. Could you please share the datasets? There are no ontologies in your data as the folders are empty and just have .gitkeep. Your ontologies are OWL/RDF-based?

The datasets are not a part of our work but are freely available here:

• Drug-Drug Interactions: Did not find it online (https://www.cs.york.ac.uk/semeval-2013/task9/), but you can contact the authors directly.
• Phenotype-Gene Relations: Attached file gene_phenotype.zip (as this is a dataset created by my group).
• Chemical-Induced Disease Relations: https://github.com/JHnlp/BioCreative-V-CDR-Corpus.

The ontologies are OBO-based and are also freely available here:
