Steel - Bootstrap 5.2.2 Admin Template 2.0

This template was created under the WTFPL licence, which means you can use, modify and distribute the content without permission.

This has been tested in Bootstrap 5.2.2 but should work in version 5. There are some minor issues. See below for more information.
