Factor main components into separate modules. #21

In order to communicate interfaces more clearly, I would be helpful to factor out some of the sub-components into separate modules (within the same package) and re-export them. Candidates are:

  • src/flat.jl
  • src/control_systems.jl
  • src/game.jl
  • src/plot_utils.jl
