After the update to allow a guest account-conversion to specify their email format (see #198), there's now a PHP Notice thrown on the checkout_success page:

--> PHP Notice: Undefined variable: email_format in C:\xampp\htdocs\zc156posm\includes\templates\template_default\templates\tpl_checkout_success_guest.php on line 57.
