Order Status: Information Sidebox Link Missing

As identified in this support-thread posting, the order_status page-link in the site's Information sidebox has "gone missing". That's where guest- and/or not-logged-in-customers can come back to review their orders.

Need to add the language constant used for the sidebox and update the documentation to identify the code fragment to be inserted.
