Upgrading to v1.3.0 from a prior version

v1.3.0 of the shipping module introduces per-method handling fees. On an update from a previously-installed version, I suggest the following procedure if you have upsoauth currently configured to include a handling-fee:

1. Sign into your admin and place your site into Maintenance Mode.
2. Upload the upsoauth shipping-module updates to your site's file-system.
3. Navigate to the admin's Modules :: Shipping to cause the shipping-module's auto-update processing to be run. This will result in any previously-configured "Handling Fee" being copied to all shipping methods' individual handling-fee.
4. Update, if needed, the individual methods' handling fees.
5. Take the site out of Maintenance Mode.

Note: Failing to perform the above procedure will result in no handling fee to be applied to the shipping cost!
