When services' names changed or were removed, starting in K11c, the shipping module attempted to locate/change any currently-configured names. That processing was unreliable (i.e. bug-ridden) and resulted in unwanted configuration changes.

That'll be removed in K11i. If a shipping-module update is provided that has changes other than service name changes or removals, the automatic update will be allowed.

Noting that the update from K11g or K11h will be automatic; all others will require shipping-module removal and re-install.
