Sharing image to Joplin does not work anymore

Environment

Joplin version: 2.11.13
Platform: Android
OS specifics: stock Android 13

Steps to reproduce

1. Open image in gallery or select it in a file explorer
2. share the image to joplin
3. get the error message popup: "file does not exist at: content://media/external/images/media/1000006699"

Describe what you expected to happen

a new note with image is created
