I would like to add a flag in the
LN2_UVD_FILTERprogram. With this option, it is possible to identify the cortical depth with the highest value (e.g. activation z-scores) for each cylinder. The changes are implemented in this pull request.Thanks for making this toolbox and considering to implement my addition.
