移除xbothead项目中人脸检测的模块，仅保留原“机器人脸”模块 #39

人脸检测这个功能实际上是一个门禁系统实用的功能
后续我们可以把这个功能移除掉
门禁系统fork到别的仓库中去了

或者我们是不是可以这样，将人脸检测的模块单独提取出来

这样第一个检测和第二个讲解模式，实际上按照功能就可以分成是（1）第一个按钮不跟机器人ROS后端进行交互，仅跟youtu人脸检测服务器进行交互；（2）第二个机器人脸的功能就是在（1）的基础上，跟ROS后端进行通信，并且根据ROS的topic的控制，进行解说词的讲解。

我的出发点是希望减少代码的冗余；如果能够将两个功能的共性代码合并在一起，消除冗余，或许更好一些
