The GeoRoughness Tool is a powerful tool designed to analyze Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) by calculating the surface roughness within specified window sizes. This software provides both a graphical user interface (GUI) and a command-line interface (CLI), making it accessible for users with different preferences and technical expertise.
- GUI and CLI: Choose between a user-friendly GUI or a more scriptable CLI for your analysis needs.
- Flexible Parameter Settings: Customize your calculations with parameters like window size, band number, high value thresholds, and categorical thresholds.
- Visualization: View a pseudo-colored preview of the processed DEM directly in the GUI to assess the roughness before saving the results.
- Customizable Output: Save the roughness data to GeoTIFF format at your discretion after reviewing the results in the GUI.
