The efficiency of condensing boilers is strongly dependent on the inlet temperature. The current BoilerPolynomial model bases the efficiency on the control signal and the temperature and is unable to describe the condensing boiler efficiency accurately.
This feature is to add the method to describe the boiler's efficiency with both control signal and inlet temperature.
