Takeovers do not work

lbry.com/fsakldgjkl shows the 404 page which embeds an image from https://spee.ch/404. This should be the same image as lbry://404 but it isn't. However, the 404 page implies that it should be possible to take over spee.ch/404 by getting lbry://404.
