Blitz v1.5.6

This release removes the permission DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION because it is unnecessary as the only broadcast receiver used in the app is the ProfileInstallReceiver, whose only purpose is to install the baseline profile used to compile some parts of the app ahead of time during installation.
