[문제] codecov PR comment 기능 그래프 미출력(issue#18)

구현 요약

• codecov PR comment 기능 중에서 그래프가 제대로 출력되지 않는 문제 개선
• 누락된 문서들을 추가
• git workflow의 트리거가 되는 라벨 이름 변경 대응

그냥 그래프 출력 안하도록 결정. 커버리지는 잘 보이니깐..
