CDN for leaflet-providers

Cool... it just came to my mind that probably it's best if this is done by someone who's actively contributing to leaflet-providers, since the package would need to be updated on every major release. Anyone who's up for it? In case you're too busy I can post it on cdnjs, but wouldn't be able to track future changes. Let me know your thoughts, cheers!
