Parser: track source line while parsing

won't need to cache buffer
eliminate getSourceLine() to improve performance

Compiler: replace source parsers with array of source filenames

requires aforementioned source line improvement

Compiler: option to not cache imports in memory

may want to do this alongside the Server refactoring
