Show custom commands in autocomplete popup

When typing just a forward slash, players should see the commands from game-cli in the list of available commands.

In other words, they shouldn't have to start typing the command in order to see the usage message.

@tannerwelsh, as it turns out, this is a Rocket.Chat bug.

Fixed via RocketChat#3572 (which is already in our master branch, and deploying right now).

It's worth noting that we still won't see all of our custom commands because the popup is limited to 11 items. We could consider removing some of the default commands if this is important, but that should be filed under a separate issue. Perhaps #8.
