Ensure data is correctly formatted when retrieving from local db #121

As everyone can modify the local "db", which is just a simple file, we need to ensure that data is correctly formatted. e.g: https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-wallet-desktop/blob/dd12eb5d27662d8694cbcaf69c1242f9526c4a7b/src/actions/settings.js#L16

so we need to add default values + try catch on parsing db file.
