Hello,
when I get the info from an mp3 the duration is 0 ?
Do I have to manually add the duration to the mp3 ?

Probably a bug. Could you send me the mp3 that has 0 duration?

+1. I'm using this in Node to get metadata for a library with around 3000 .mp3's and this happens about once every 4 songs.

Is a fix already in the works for this? I'm thinking about forking and starting a PR but don't want to duplicate any work.

Should be fixed in 0.3.5.
