iSEQ Analyzer

An out-of-box Pipeline Analyzer for sequencing data, e.g. RNA-Seq, WES, WGS etc.

The datains-frontend is a frontend of datains, but we set it's product name as iSEQ Analyzer for matching it's original purpose.

Note: Yarn package management is recommended, the exact same version loaded with the demo site of this project (yarn.lock) . but you can also use npm

Project setup

• Clone repo

git clone https://github.com/clinico-omics/datains-frontend.git
cd datains-frontend

• Install dependencies

yarn install

• Compiles and hot-reloads for development

yarn run serve

• Compiles and minifies for production

yarn run build

• Lints and fixes files

yarn run lint

Browsers support

Modern browsers and IE10.
