Bleed trail artifacts identified as bright stars in 90prime/mosaic

Spurious bright stars can be found due to incomplete masking of bleed trails 90prime and/or mosaic images. This doesn't appear to be a problem for decam images. Below are the 15 spurious R<15 stars in 935 bricks of dr9k/north.

We still find such sources in dr9m/north. Some are dropped between dr9k -> dr9m, and some new ones are picked up, probably due to the vagaries of the details in each particular case. Here's a list of some new sources picked up between dr9k -> dr9m from the first bricks processed. These are r<17 sources where I'm listed the coordinates, and the r-band magnitudes of all sources within 2 arcsec of that coordinate in dr9m, and then adding a "G2" identifier if one of them is a Gaia source:
