Unable to fly backwards with flight control and jetpack

Describe the bug
With the flight control and jetpack modules installed I am unable to fly backwards, when I press S I just don't move. Other directions work fine, it also works fine when the flight control module is switched off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install and activate jetpack and flight control
2. Press S to fly backwards

Expected behaviour
I should be able to fly backwards at the same speed as I fly in other directions.

To be clear, moving backwards while flying does happen, but it's at a rate of about 1 block per minute..
