The original paper was published by the Department of Anaesthesiology, University of Greifswald. The accompanying clinical trial was run by Prof. Dr. T.I. Usichenko.

Usichenko, T. et al: Measurement of cognitive function recovery after general anaesthesia in patients scheduled for ambulatory surgery: a prospective comparison of 3 psychological tests. European Journal of Anaesthesiology (EJA), volume 30, Ambulatory Anaesthesia, p. 33, 2013. doi:10.1097/00003643-201306001-00101.

The initial prototype was built as an iOS native app using Appcelerator Titanium. It was presented in a poster session at the Capital City Congress of the DGAI on Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care 2010.

This software is a mobile Web rewrite of 2010's native app.
