Adds user related Wiki Macros

Usage:

• [[Username]] - Displays the authenticated users login
• [[Userlist]] - Displays a list of users with their names, email, time of last login and the elapsed time since their last login.

Supports the AccountManager plugin. The plugin will use the account manager to fetch a list of users along with some of their info, if it's available.
