Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the audit data is never deleted. The database is growing accordingly.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • develop a deletion script to purge audit data which is older than {2 years}*
  • Implement a cron job, that deletes the data from the database
  • the holding period should be configurable (e.g. in admin/settings/syssec/)
