1. About EDR
EDR is an EDMC plugin for Elite: Dangerous whose purpose is to warn you about other dangerous commanders and help bounty hunters or powerplay hunters to chase them.

Here is one of EDR's many commands in action. !where shows the last known sighting of an outlaw or enemy player. Note: the layout can be customized.
Overview of EDR's features:
- show a profile on contact or a scan with info coming from EDR and Inara
- EDR Karma: on which side of the law is a commander known for, e.g. enforcer+++
- EDR user tags: how is the commander perceived by other EDR users, e.g. 80% outlaw, 20% neutral, 0% enforcer
- Inara wing: which group does the commander belong to, e.g. Cobra Kai
- Inara role: which role does the commander play, e.g. Enforcer / Vigilante
- Inara power allegiance: which power is the commander aligned with, e.g. Edmund Mahon
- EDR legal records: how many times the commander was scanned clean vs. wanted, highest and most recent bounty
- show a summary of recent activity as you jump into a system: sighted outlaws, destroyers, interdictors, etc.
- NOTAMs (i.e. NOTice to Air Men) to warn about potential hazards at a star system: Community Goal, known hotspot, etc.
- report outlaws and enemies for the benefit of other EDR users and same-power allies.
- chat commands for bounty hunters and powerplay hunters to:
- get real-time alerts when an outlaw / enemy is sighted
- list the most recently sighted outlaws / enemies
- see the last known location of an outlaw / enemy.
