Issues in layouters / engravers

Pending issues to fix/finish:

• GmoTestFixture, BoxSystem_AddShapeUpdatesLayerPointers: Uniform constructor for GmoBoxScorePage
• TextEngraver: take pStyle into account (center, align, valign, ...)
• InstrumentEngraver::add_name_abbrev(): valign
• GmoShapeGlyph::GmoShapeGlyph(): tenths_to_logical
• GraphicModel::get_score_stub(): fix this; we are assuming all stubs are score stubs
• ScoreLayouter::create_system_box(): left system margin
• adjust barlines. problem: extra width is also taken into account for layouting.
  Solution: base selection not in real bounds but in another new rectangle (selBounds)
• engraving fermatas: when placed above stem, center on it

Closing. Time ago I used issues to track my TODO list. This is no longer the case and so I prefer to remove old issues I created.
