Docker composer up i/o timout error #192

Hi team
can you help me with this (proxy maybe) issue when I try running my docker composer (Ubuntu 20.04 on Windows 10)?

Pulling kafka (lensesio/fast-data-dev:latest)...
ERROR: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup registry-1.docker.io on 172.20.128.1:53: read udp 172.20.138.196:44281->172.20.128.1:53: i/o timeout

Hello Silvano, this is related to the docker hub. I guess it was a random timeout and should have been fixed by a couple retries.
