This is another think I learned while moving to a new Windows 10 machine. Unlike Windows 7, there is no easy way to associate .leo files with Leo. It looks like you have to use regedit.
The idea will be to create a stripped-down version of Leo's Windows installer that simply makes the associations. I'm working on it now...
