@lukemin Thanks for reporting! This has recently been fixed upstream via reactphp/event-loop#195, I will release a new LeProxy version as soon as time permits 👍

That being said, this should be an otherwise harmless warning only, i.e. it should not cause any issues besides spamming the log.
